Where it started….

Originally from the Shetland Isles, I lived around the island but mainly in Lerwick. Attended the old Anderson High School, where I continued my love of Art.

Rochester, Kent

University

Lived in Rochester for 3 years while studying a BA Hons in Fashion Textiles Print at UCA (University for the Creative Arts). Graduating with a First Class Honours.

London

Work…

Moved to London to work as a Fashion Accessories Designer and to do some freelance work to gain experience within the industry.

Newcastle & Durham

Currently…

Studied a Master’s (MA) in Design at Northumbria University, graduating with a Distinction. Continued with self-employment during Covid. Started working at Northumbria University as an Innovator in Residence with the MA Design and MDI team. Now working with IMPACT+ at Northumbria University as a Senior Research Assistant.
